48 hrs/wk Mon - Sat 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.
Drive and operate farm machinery to plant, nurture, spray, cultivate, harvest and store grain crops.
- Attach farm Implements such as plow, disc, baler and drill to tractor.
- Till soil; plant, spray and cultivate.
- Operate newer skid steer.
- Maintain equipment, machinery, buildings, pens, yards, and fences.
- Operate and load chemical application equipment.
- Tow harvesting equipment.
- Drive and operate self - propelled combine.
- Operate auger to load and unload grain into bins.
- Keep yard, shop and bin sites mowed and clean.
- Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies, tools or farm workers.
- Workers are only allowed to Smoke in the yard, not in the housing facility, equipment, vehicles, or any other building or while in field (hay field or crop field).
- Farming with: Corn, Durum, Grain, Hay, Lentils, Oats
- Exposure to extreme temperatures

Employer-provided housing includes free and convenient kitchen facilities with appropriate equipment, appliances, cooking accessories, and dishwashing facilities for meal preparation.
Referrals accepted from local Job Service, Word-of-mouth, gate hires etc. Order holding office to refer applicants. Office hrs 8-5pm MT time, Mon-Fri, at (406) 765-7191. The actual employment offer is at the sole discretion of the employer. Referrals will be accepted from the State Workforce Agencies (SWAs), directly from applicants, walk-ins, gate hires, and from other sources. Worker must possess documentation required to enable employer to comply with the employment verification requirements of IRCA. Accurate completion of Form I-9 will be required of each worker within (3) days of employment pursuant to U.S. Law. Employer will abide by the requirements and assurances of 20 CFR 653.501 in the processing and/or hiring of individuals referred through the clearance system.
