Temporary Fulltime position from 3-1-2026 to 12-29-2026 48Hours/week $18.48/ hour US worker H-2A Adverse Housing Compensation Adjustment -$1.80 -- Wage for H-2A workers provided housing is $16.68 Performs duties like: Drive trucks to haul crops, supplies. tool or farm workers. Drive and operate tractors to seed, harvest, and store grain crops. Attach farm implements to tractors. Drive and operate combines. Drive and operate propelled sprayers. General lubrication, service (check fluids), and incidental repair to farm machinery. Drive grain trucks to transport crops to bin sites or grain elevators. Must to able to operate grain augers or conveyors to load and unload grain bins. Must to able to shovel grain crops to unload grain bins. Operate lawn mowers to maintain yards and grain bin locations. Crops: Canola, Durum, Flax, Lentils, Peas Equipment: Deere 7250R tractors for pulling hydraulic rock pickers and grain augers. Fendt 1167 with X35 Topcon tractor for seeding. AGCO MT875B with X35 Topcon for seeding. Deere 2024 X9 combine for harvesting crops. Seedhawk 8412 980 air seeders for seeding small grains. Degelman Pro-Till 40 for tilling. Degelman Signature 6000HD rock pickers for picking rocks. Fendt 1050 fir grain cart and lentil rolling. Deere 960R mowing yards. Agrilite conveyor trailers for filling air drills during seeds. Various grain hauling trucks. Increased wage and bonus possible based on experience. Housing and Workers Compensation insurance will be provided at no charge to the workers. Social security / Medicaid Taxes and Federal / State taxes will be withheld from U.S. Worker's paychecks. Voluntary withholdings will be deducted from foreign workers' paychecks at their request. Employer will make the following deductions when applicable: FICA, loans and advances, long-distance telephone charges the reasonable repair or replacement cost of willful or negligent damage to housing, tools and equipment caused by the worker (other than normal wear and tear). Worker who quit or are terminated for cause prior to completing 50% of the contract will be required to reimburse the employer for the full amounts of advanced and/or reimbursed transportation and subsistence. Employer provided items (at no cost to the worker): All tools and equipment necessary to perform the duties assigned as well as transportation between worker(s) on-site housing and the work site. A cell phone or two-way radio will be provided for emergency and ranch communications at no cost to the worker (excluding long distance charges). The expected work schedule may be required in a split shift due to the nature of the job duties. Hours may vary due to weather, time of year and the requirements of the job. Work may be offered more than the specified hours per day, but only required to work the hours specified. Work may be offered 7 days a week but only required 6 days a week.
