What’s a typical day as Coordinator? You’ll be:
Coordinating the movement of material in and out of the warehouse based on Operations and Client Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Performing routine data input for warehouse inbound and outbound moves
Entering all pertinent information into SAP
Identifying any shortages, overages, and reporting discrepancies
Completing daily operations reports accurately and efficiently
Handling fast-paced warehouse administrative tasks
Communicating effectively with customers, warehouse associates, drivers, and leadership
Following workplace processes and standards to support ISO-9001 certification
Performing other duties as assigned
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have excellent computer skills (preferred)
Possess effective communication skills in English
Demonstrate strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
Are dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions and management direction
Hold a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Can stand or walk for long periods (6+ hours) and push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs
Are comfortable working in a manufacturing/office/warehouse dock environment, with occasional exposure to weather and moderate to loud noise levels
Understand the importance of confidentiality and adhere to security policies and procedures
