Experience
Must have minimum 3+ years of experience with mid to small size companies
Must have proficient computer experience, for example, Microsoft Suite products
Document daily performance reports by preparing and analyzing production data
Verbal and written communication
Must be skilled with managing and directing employees daily, shift size is up to 25+ employees
Oversee Bottle Packer, Material Handlers, Quality Technicians, and Mechanics, work with conjunction with Warehouse, Customer Service, SQF Practioner, Production Manager, Production Supervisor, Maintenance Manager, HR Manager, and Plant Manager
Forklift Experience
Attention to detail is required, Supervisor oversees all traceability paperwork and ensures product is documented accurately
Correct and report any unsafe conditions
Train all employees on your shift
Maintain scheduling of production to meet customer needs and maintain the lowest possible labor/overtime costs
Provide coaching and discipline to employees under guidance of Human Resources
Write and issue performance evaluations
Willing to work a line to help the team
