ManpowerGroup Cleanroom Operator Night Shift in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin
Job Title: Cleanroom Operator
Location: Pleasant Prairie, WI
Pay Range: $22.50/hr. +$2.00 differential ($24.50)
Schedule: 6pm-6am/ 12 hr. rotating shifts; (2,2,3) E/O weekend
We are currently hiring a Cleanroom operator for a temp to hire opportunity. In this role, you will operate and set up extrusion equipment in a cleanroom environment while ensuring high product quality and safety.
What you'll do:
Set up and operate cleanroom extrusion lines and related equipment
Inspect products for quality and defects
Perform basic measurements (length, gauge, weight)
Complete production documentation for traceability
Minimize material waste and support safe operations
Assist with training and guiding packers and other operators
What’s Needed?
Ability to lift 30 lbs. regularly
Willing to work rotating 12 hour shifts
Basic math and computer skills
Ability to use basic hand tools
Willing to learn through on the job trainig
Basic English skills
