[We are a family-owned farm in central Illinois. We farm 5,000 acres of corn and soybeans. Employees will need to assist with all aspects of growing these crops. We haul our crops to our storage locations. Employees will complete general farm duties as assigned. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. Employer may, at its sole discretion, provide pay increases based on longevity or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer.
