Position Title:Associate Director of Platteville Analytics & Institutional Reporting (PAIRS) Job Category:Academic Staff Employment Type:Regular Job Profile:Admin Assoc Dir (B) Position Summary: The University of Wisconsin-Platteville is seeking an Associate Director of Platteville Analytics and Institutional Reporting Services (PAIRS). This position assists with the planning and direction for the administrative operations of the PAIRS department to advance institutional program goals and objectives. The Associate Director of PAIRS partners with the Associate Chancellor to provide team leadership, data analyses, and policy reports to inform strategic planning, decision-making, and resource allocation for the university. The Associate Director will collaborate with other university offices, including Academic Affairs, Enrollment Management & Marketing, Facilities and ITS to positively enhance enrollment, expand accreditation and fulfill sustainability through data-researched decision making and guidance. This is a full-time position, benefit and paid leave eligible, with a salary of \$80,000 per year. The position is hybrid, with regular in-person responsibilities and flexible work-from-home options. Key Job Responsibilities: Work with the Assistant Chancellor and Platteville Analytics and Institutional Reporting Services (PAIRS) team to ensure the team effectively and efficiently respond to analytic and reporting requests from constituents. Provide leadership and oversight of department projects and initiatives. Ensure that institutional requests for data and analysis are responded to accurately and in a timely manner. Manage the department budget. Serve as the unit liaison to internal and external stakeholder groups providing organizational information and representing the interests of the unit. Work directly with campus users in an institutional research capacity, providing data analysis and report requests, balancing accurate and timely turnaround with building infrastructure in the form of dashboards and the data warehouse to expedite future requests and analysis.
