TEKsystems SPANISH Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Plano, Texas
Position Overview
This role focuses on providing high-quality customer support in a fast-paced healthcare call center environment. You’ll handle inbound calls, document interactions, resolve customer inquiries, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service.
• Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
• Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
• Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
• Documents all calls into appropriate systems.
• Communicates with all departments to resolve client questions and problems in a timely manner.
• Acts as a resource person for complex questions regarding reports, technical issues, dialysis procedures, etc.
• May refer to senior staff for assistance with higher level problems that may arise.
• Escalates issues to supervisor for resolution, as deemed necessary.
• Assists with various projects as assigned by direct supervisor.
• Other duties as assigned.
Key Qualifications
High School Diploma (required)
Spanish bilingual (required)
2 years of call center or high-volume phone experience
Healthcare call center experience preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Comfortable with computers (email, spreadsheets, documentation systems)
Nice-to-Have Experience
Healthcare industry exposure
Medical billing
Accounts receivable
Customer support experience
Position Details
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour
Assignment Length: 6-month contract-to-hire
Start Date: May 4, 2026
Environment: Fast-paced, team-oriented healthcare call center
This is a great opportunity to gain healthcare experience
and convert to a full-time, direct role with the client after the
initial contract period, based on performance.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
