Job Description:

This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, and solutions are well designed with maintainability/ease of integration and testing built-in from the outset. Job expectations include a strong knowledge of development and testing practices common to the industry and design and architectural patterns.

Overview:

  • Design, develop, and maintain high‑quality, scalable, and reusable solutions using .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET), MuleSoft, and Salesforce .

  • Build and implement integration solutions leveraging MuleSoft and develop secure, reliable APIs and web services .

  • Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and key stakeholders to ensure all software requirements are clearly understood and successfully delivered.

  • Partner with cross‑functional teams to capture user needs and convert them into well‑defined technical specifications and system designs.

  • Optimize application performance and ensure adherence to quality, security, and coding standards.

  • Troubleshoot complex issues, identify performance bottlenecks, and implement effective long‑term fixes.

  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to junior team members to support their growth and drive team excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements

  • Designs, develops, and modifies architecture components, application interfaces, and solution enablers while ensuring principal architecture integrity is maintained

  • Mentors other software engineers and coach team on Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) practices and automating tool stack

  • Executes story refinement, definition of requirements, and estimating work necessary to realize a story through the delivery lifecycle

  • Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas

  • Automates manual release activities

  • Designs, develops, and maintains automated test suites (integration, regression, performance)

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of progressive experience delivering enterprise grade solutions using .NET, MuleSoft, and Salesforce platforms

  • Deep expertise in the ASP.NET framework, with the ability to apply advanced design principles, architectural patterns, and best practices

  • Strong mastery of object oriented programming and software engineering fundamentals, with demonstrated experience shaping technical standards across teams

  • Advanced proficiency in C# and the broader .NET ecosystem, with the ability to design scalable, secure, and reusable solutions

  • Proven capability in building reusable libraries, shared components, and frameworks to accelerate development across multiple teams

  • Extensive hands on experience with MuleSoft or comparable enterprise integration platforms, including architecture and design of complex integration flows

  • Expert-level knowledge in building, securing, and governing RESTful APIs and enterprise web services

  • Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud development and integrations, especially in cross platform workflows

  • Commitment to writing clean, maintainable, and well documented code, and to driving code quality improvements across the team

  • Deep expertise in continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices with Strong background in designing and managing CI/CD pipelines

  • Strong background in SQL database architecture, performance tuning, and data driven application design

  • Demonstrated leadership through mentoring, code reviews, technical guidance, and influencing engineering best practices

  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and workflows

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a Computer Science or related field
