Location: Plano, Texas (Global travel required)

About the Role:

As our Director of Marketing Communications, you’ll set the vision and deliver a unified global communications strategy, putting us at the forefront of industry conversations in North America, EMEA, and APAC. If you thrive in translating complex technical capabilities into compelling, resonant narratives—and have an outstanding track record of measurable marketing results for international B2B organizations—this is your next big career move.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead our global communications: Develop and execute holistic strategies that align with business growth in every region, refining our messaging for diverse markets and audiences.

  • Strengthen the brand: Own global branding, digital presence, and content leadership—ensuring consistency and distinction, with regional flexibility.

  • Drive digital & thought leadership: Oversee our website, social media, and thought leadership pipeline (technical articles, white papers, exec visibility).

  • Make us stand out: Set the global strategy for trade shows, conferences, and events—showcasing our innovation and technical leadership.

  • Accelerate true business impact: Collaborate across sales and business teams on demand generation. Set metrics, measure success, and optimize for real results.

  • Foster cross-functional excellence: Partner with R&D, product, and sales to translate tech advances into clear, engaging communications. Advise senior leadership and influence company direction.

  • Build and lead a world-class team: Recruit, mentor, and empower a high-performing, disciplined, and collaborative MarCom team.

Who You Are:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Marketing, Communications, Business, Engineering, or related field); advanced degree is a plus.

  • 10+ years of progressive marketing communications experience—preferably B2B, industrial, or technology-driven sectors.

  • Proven success in global markets (NA, EMEA, APAC) and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

  • Exceptional written and spoken English.

  • Strong leadership, influence, and storytelling skills.

  • (Bonus) Chinese language skills, and/or experience with agencies, power conversion, energy, industrial automation, or semiconductors.
