Job Description:

This job is responsible for booking the Loan at hand to the SOR in accordance with Bank policies/procedures, which includes routine to complex transactions. The role requires the individual to work with various upstream partners to receive in the documents, perform any funding needed and book the loan to the SOR. Maintaining control of Bank collateral through accurate booking on the system of record (SOR), responsible for accurate setup and maintenance of billing schedules, pricing options, risk rating changes and all other client record and indicative data. This role is responsible for data accuracy and timely completion of the financial aspect of the loan.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains data accuracy and completes all collateral processes timely

  • Receives incoming loan files and reviews for compliance with bank and federal guidelines

  • Maintains relationships with Relationship Administrators to ensure efficient and high-quality loan processing

  • Gives technical advice and guidance to business units and interdisciplinary teams on projects

  • Maintains systems of record for continued monitoring of collateral and insurance

  • Works in a paperless environment and adheres to compliance guidelines

  • Promotes collaboration and communicates with impact; learns and adapts quickly; holds self and others accountable for high performance standards

Required Skills:

  • Knowledge of loan documentation concepts (reviewing credit approvals, etc.)

  • Good technical aptitude (desktop and mainframe applications) and experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word).

  • Efficient organizational, writing and client/customer communications skills.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations and deadline pressures.

  • Strong analytical and problem solver skills.
