AT&T Lead Tech Product Manager in Plano, Texas

Drive the development, execution, and lifecycle management of AT&T’s products and services for residential, business, and global customers. Ensure solutions align with market needs and business objectives, while managing the business case and P&L to maximize value and drive growth. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality offerings that meet customer expectations and champion innovation and continuous improvement throughout the product lifecycle.
What you'll need:
Lead product lifecycle management, ensuring solutions align with businessobjectivesand customer needs.
Define and document product requirements, translating market insights and stakeholder feedback into clear deliverables.
Conduct market research and analysis toidentifytrends, opportunities, and competitive positioning.
Develop andmaintainproduct roadmaps, prioritizingfeaturesand initiatives for maximum impact.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX, and business partners, to drive execution and alignment.
Manage budgets, funding, and business cases to maximize product value and support growth.
Negotiate and oversee vendor relationships, ensuring high-quality deliverables and integration across the organization.
Champion continuous improvement and innovation throughout the product lifecycle.
What you’ll bring:
7+ years of product management experience delivering software products (platforms, APIs, or complex internal systems preferred)
Experience working with AI tools to streamline product and process management,leveragingautomation and data-driven insights to improve efficiency and decision-making.
Strong technical fluency: able to collaborate deeply with Engineers/Architects and make informed trade-offs
Proven ability to own a product domain and drive strategy, roadmap, and execution with minimal oversight
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams or product lines
Expertisewriting high-quality epics/features/user stories and defining measurable outcomes (KPIs/OKRs)
Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders and aligning competing priorities
Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies and backlog management in a fast-paced environment
MS/MA in Computer Science (or similar) preferred; relevant certifications a plus/requiredin some areas
Our Lead Product Management & Develop, earns between $143,800-$215,800 USD Annual, Not to mention all the other amazing rewards that working at AT&T offers. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
