Job Description
Insight Global's top Telecommunication client's Labs division is seeking a Sr. Data Engineer to join their 5G Network Automation group. This is an R&D team within their Labs division responsible for building new tools/capabilities to automate their Network. The Sr. Data Engineer will join an established team to support two specific programs tied to Wireline Decommissioning and Cash Flow. Deep experience with PySpark and SQL programming is required, and the tech stack includes Databricks and Snowflake environments. Hands on experience with Palantir Foundry is a big plus. On a daily basis the Sr. Engineer will produce data models based on the network, code data pipelines, and use self service analytics tools to visualize insights.

Skills and Requirements
7+ years in software engineering with recent experience building data products
Exceptional problem solving skills
Deep technical experience in Python (PySpark) and SQL
Experience with Snowflake and Databricks environments Palantir Foundry
Wireline Telecommunications domain knowledge
