Description

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team in Plano, Texas. This is a Contract to permanent opportunity, offering the potential for long-term growth and career advancement. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a high standard of attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring clarity and accuracy in all interactions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer concerns or grievances in a timely manner.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company processes, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.

• Escalate complex issues to appropriate leadership or departments while ensuring follow-up for resolution.

• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the system for future reference and quality assurance.

• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and legal requirements while delivering exceptional service.

• Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and share suggestions with leadership.

• Remain composed and attentive to detail when managing challenging customer situations or high volumes of inquiries.

• Assist other departments with customer-related tasks as needed to support overall business objectives.

Requirements • High school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is a plus.

• At least one year of experience in customer service, preferably in a call center environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office/365 and the ability to quickly learn proprietary and vendor software.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear and concise correspondence.

• Demonstrated ability to listen actively, ask clarifying questions, and resolve issues effectively.

• Capable of handling stress and ambiguity in a fast-paced work environment.

• Proven track record of seeking collaborative, win-win solutions for customers and the organization.
