Our client, a leading healthcare organization, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be an essential part of the support team, assisting with data entry, managing inbound calls, and ensuring smooth communication between providers, patients, and internal departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?
Manage inbound calls from providers, office staff, and patients in a professional, courteous manner.
Assist callers with case status updates, submission requirements, and portal-related support.
Accurately enter, update, and maintain patient and case information in internal systems.
Review submissions for completeness and follow up when additional information is needed.
Collaborate with clinical intake, authorization, and operations teams to resolve data discrepancies and support workflow improvements.
What's Needed?
High school diploma or equivalent; experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and completeness.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
Comfortable navigating electronic databases and Microsoft Office applications.
