Controller – Construction Industry
A rapidly growing construction company is seeking a Controller to lead financial operations during a major expansion phase. This is a high‑impact role for a strategic leader who knows how to scale teams, systems, and processes in a fast‑moving environment.
What You’ll Own
? Drive financial strategy aligned with company growth
? Deliver accurate, timely financial reporting (dashboards, monthly GP, KPIs)
? Manage cash flow and optimize working capital
? Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
? Strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency
? Lead a new ERP implementation
? Mentor and develop a growing finance team
? Identify and mitigate financial risks

Requirements
What You Bring
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
✔ 10+ years in Construction finance is a MUST
✔ 5+ years as a Controller
✔ Deep experience with WIP, job costing, job tracking
✔ Large construction ERP experience
✔ Proven leadership with direct reports
✔ Ability to scale processes in a rapidly growing division
Bonus: CPA, ERP conversions, systems integration experience
