Job Description:
Assist in managing a Brazilian churrascaria restaurant. Recommend hiring, firing, promotion or other personnel decisions. Ensure service to patrons, food selection, and service comply with the Brazilian churrasco style of presentation. Assist in training staff. Prepare schedules for personnel and ensure proper issue of employee benefits. Comply with workplace safety standards and accident prevention procedures. Assist in resolving and handling customer complaints and problems. Job Requirements: Must have 2 years experience in a high volume churrascaria restaurant.
