About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Custodian/Janitor who takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. This role is essential to supporting our medical team and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the hospital.

What You’ll Do
Clean and sanitize exam rooms, treatment areas, kennels, and common spaces in a vet hospital / animal hospital setting
Sweep, mop, vacuum, and manage waste removal
Maintain cleanliness of restrooms and staff areas
Restock supplies throughout the hospital
Assist with laundry as needed
Follow hospital sanitation and safety protocols
Support the team in keeping a safe and organized environment
Assist with snow removal or emergency situations as needed
What We’re Looking For
Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
Reliable, punctual, and able to work in all weather conditions
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Professional, respectful, and team-oriented attitude
Enjoys working in an animal care setting
Previous custodial or cleaning experience is preferred, but not required—we’re happy to train the right person.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift, bend, stretch, and move throughout the shift
