QuickBooks Bookkeeper – Technology / IT Services
Anna Parson at Robert Half is partnering with a growing IT/technology services organization seeking a tech‑savvy QuickBooks Bookkeeper to support a multi‑entity environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Bookkeeper who enjoys automation, clean reconciliations, and working closely with an external CPA.
As the Bookkeeper, you will:
Manage day‑to‑day bookkeeping across multiple related entities, including intercompany transactions using QuickBooks Desktop
Record cash activity by pulling and posting daily cash and banking reports
Perform monthly bank reconciliations (approximately 30 accounts; majority low activity, with several high‑volume operating accounts)
Reconcile corporate credit cards (AMEX), including GL coding, receipt verification, and allocations
Prepare and post journal entries as needed
Support both cash and accrual accounting methods
Partner with outside CPA firm for reporting and tax support (no formal month‑end close)
Assist with accounts payable within an automated AP environment and help improve current processes

Requirements
Proven Bookkeeping experience in a multi‑entity environment
Strong understanding of intercompany accounting
Comfortable with bank and credit card reconciliations
Tech‑forward mindset with a passion for process improvement and automation
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to work independently
