Materials Clerk- Part Time Eligible
The Materials Clerk supports patient care by ensuring accurate inventory management and timely distribution of supplies throughout the facility. This role provides excellent customer service to patients, staff, vendors, and visitors while maintaining efficient materials operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
(Other duties may be assigned)
Provide courteous, professional, and helpful service to patients, staff, visitors, and vendors
Maintain accurate inventory levels across all designated areas within the facility
Stock and replenish supplies in assigned departments
Process and enter patient chargeable items accurately and in a timely manner
Manage ordering of supplies for all departments as needed
Handle shipping and receiving of materials, including verifying and documenting deliveries
Assist with processing facility invoices and related documentation
Participate in departmental projects and process improvements
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Perform other duties as assigned

Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and inventory tracking
Basic computer skills, including data entry and inventory systems
Ability to communicate effectively and provide excellent customer service
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
SCHEDULE
Part-time: 30–32 hours per week
