What Winning Looks Like in This Position: Deliver high-quality and productive electrical installations in residential, light commercial, and agricultural job sites. Consistently produce outstanding results in all phases of electrical work. Be flexible and courteous to customers\' needs as projects progress. Guide and mentor other technicians, fostering a positive and knowledgeable company culture. Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and project managers to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: Review project blueprints, plans, and specifications to understand installation requirements. Lead and perform electrical installations, ensuring compliance with project specifications, company standards, and industry regulations. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues efficiently with excellent problem-solving skills. Maintain accurate service records, including diagnostics, repairs, and parts used. Coordinate with the Project Manager to ensure smooth workflow and resource allocation. Communicate with clients to explain issues, proposed solutions, and associated costs Skills & Qualifications Needed to Win: Minimum 3 years of experience in the electrical field (primarily residential is preferred). Working knowledge in the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical regulations. Technical expertise in wiring, circuit breakers, electrical panels, conduit bending, trenching, and using industry-standard tools. Strong communication skills to work effectively Heart of a teacher ability to train and guide upcoming technicians to build a stronger company culture. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project plans. Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical Requirements: Prolonged movement around job sites. Ability to lift at least 75 pounds. Comfortable working on ladders, scaffolding, and in elevated areas. Ability to reach overhead Place conduit, pipes, or tubing, inside designated partitions, walls, or other concealed areas, and pull insulated wires or cables through the conduit to complete circuits between boxes. Work from ladders, scaffolds, or roofs to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures. Use a variety of tools or equipment, such as power construction equipment, measuring devices, power tools, and testing equipment, such as oscilloscopes, ammeters, or test lamps. Assemble, install, test, or maintain electrical or electronic wiring, equipment, appliances, apparatus, or fixtures, using hand tools or power tools. Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, or other components.
