DATTCO currently has an opening for a Mobile Electronics Technician. This position travels to our Northeast Connecticut and Rhode Island locations. Candidates can live anywhere in the Northeast or Rhode Island area.

Compensation of $19.00-23.00/hour
Primary responsibilities:
Travel to DATTCO locations to install/troubleshoot 12 volt and 24-volt electronics (cameras, GPS tracking, telematics, 2-way radios) on DATTCO and/or customer vehicles
Accurately record and report information regarding installs/repairs
Responsible for ordering and controlling inventory levels
Minimum requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
Drivers license
Previous 12v/24v installation and service experience
Moderate to advanced knowledge of vehicle electronics concepts such as GPS, relays and video systems
School bus/coach bus experience preferred
Availability to work weekends/overnights/overtime as required
Technician will be required to supply their own tools for this position
Must possess the physical strength and conditioning to safely perform all required tasks
Must possess excellent computer skills
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be a self-starter
English communication skills
