[Position Summary We're hiring a hands-on Landscape/Hardscape Supervisor to lead crews on-site, perform and oversee installations (pavers, retaining walls, patios, grading, drainage, planting), ensure quality and safety, and keep projects on schedule and within budget. • [Supervise and work alongside crews during landscape and hardscape installations.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Read and interpret plans, set layouts, and ensure installations match drawings and specifications.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Install and troubleshoot pavers, retaining walls, patios, steps, grading, and drainage systems,; plant trees/shrubs and install sod when required.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Coordinate materials, equipment, and subcontractors; ensure timely deliveries and proper staging.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Monitor and adjust schedules; track labor, materials, and daily job progress; report status to project management.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Enforce safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site; lead toolbox talks and incident reporting.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Required Qualifications]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[3+ years of hands-on experience in landscape and hardscape installation; prior supervising or lead role preferred.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Proven skills with pavers, segmental retaining walls, site grading, drainage, planting, and sod.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

[Ability to read construction drawings, perform layout, and use basic layout tools (stringline, transit/laser, levels).]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
