• [Lead and work alongside a crew maintaining landscapes: mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, mulching, weeding, and site cleanup.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Assign daily tasks, manage crew productivity, and ensure work meets company standards and project specifications.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Read and follow work orders, landscape plans, and supervisor instructions; perform basic layout and staking.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Train and mentor crew members on techniques, proper tool use, and safety practices.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Maintain equipment and tools; ensure proper care and storage.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

• [3-5 years' field experience in landscape installation and/or grounds management; prior lead or supervisory experience preferred.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
• [Proficient mowing, trimming, blowing, edging, mulching, weeding, and operation of hand tools/landscape equipment.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}

• [Strong leadership and communication skills; reliable and punctual.]{segoe="" ui",="" tahoma,="" sans-serif"=""}
