Job Title: Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our dynamic team at a metal fabrication manufacturing company. As a General Laborer, you will play an integral role in supporting our production processes and ensuring the smooth operation of our facility.
Responsibilities
Operate machines and laser equipment effectively.
Assist in assembly tasks as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate production.
Utilize hand and power tools efficiently.
Collaborate with team members to maintain production goals.
Essential Skills
Experience in general production.
Proficiency in machine operation or assembly.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with hand tools and power tools.
Knowledge of measurement instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
Ability to read blueprints.
Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication.

Work Environment
Work in a metal fabrication manufacturing company with a clean environment that is not climate controlled. Shifts available include 1st shift from 6:50am to 3pm, 2nd shift from 2:50pm to 11pm, and 3rd shift from 10:50pm to 7am.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plain City, OH.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.50/hr.
