Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Electronic Assembler to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electronic components, wiring with precision and adherence to quality standards. This role requires a strong understanding of assembly, soldering, and directions. The Electronic Assembler will contribute to the production of high-quality electronic products by utilizing mechanical knowledge, hand tools, and electrical experience to ensure efficient and accurate assembly processes.
Responsibilities
- Assemble electronic components into specific harnesses.
- Solder components following IPC 610 standards to ensure reliable electrical connections.
- Use hand tools, power tools, calipers, to assemble parts as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations to meet safety and quality standards.
- Follow safety protocols related to electrical wiring, soldering, and machining operations.
Qualifications
- Mechanical knowledge including use of hand tools, power tools, calipers, and equipment.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes related to electronics assembly is preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to innovative electronic products within a dynamic manufacturing environment while developing technical skills in electronics assembly.
