Maintenance Engineer
Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to perform preventative and routine maintenance on Colimatic machines. The role involves building new machines or adapting current machines for different products, and performing both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and routine maintenance on Colimatic machines.
Build new machines or adapt current machines for different products.
Conduct electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems, including PLC and 110-220 volt systems.
Execute mechanical maintenance including hydraulics and schematics.
Conduct facility maintenance tasks such as plumbing and drywall work.
Essential Skills
Experience in electrical troubleshooting and maintenance.
Proficiency in mechanical repair and preventive maintenance.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Familiarity with PLC troubleshooting and hydraulics systems.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with Colimatic machines.
Knowledge in facility maintenance, including plumbing and drywall.

Work Environment
The position is based in a clean room environment, requiring the use of clean room gear. Initial training will be on the first shift from 6 am to 2:30 pm, which may last several weeks. Eventually, the role will transition to a second shift from 1:30 pm to 10 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Placentia, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $30.00/hr.
