Are you a service-focused professional with a passion for supporting sales teams and driving business results? Robert Half is seeking a Customer Service Representative who excels at delivering exceptional client experiences while assisting a dynamic sales department.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for inbound client inquiries related to sales, providing timely and accurate responses.
Support the sales team by preparing quotes, inputting orders, and managing customer accounts through our CRM system.
Collaborate with account managers to resolve customer issues, ensure order accuracy, and track delivery timelines.
Process and monitor sales documentation, verify contract terms, and maintain detailed records.
Work cross-functionally with other departments to facilitate smooth client onboarding and ongoing account satisfaction.
Identify opportunities to enhance customer service processes and suggest improvements to sales leadership.
Provide follow-up and after-sales support to guarantee customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience in a customer service role supporting a sales team or department (minimum 1 year preferred).
Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset.
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
