Drive Sales Success – Inside Sales Quoting Representative (Hybrid)
PDS Tech Commercial is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Quoting Representative to support a leading client in the Aerospace sector. This hybrid role based in Rochester, NY offers the opportunity to contribute directly to revenue growth through expert quoting and customer engagement.
About the Role
As an Inside Sales Quoting Representative , you’ll be responsible for managing and executing service contract quotes, responding to customer inquiries, and building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Your work will directly impact sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver accurate service contract quotes using Salesforce.com and NEX quoting tools.
Respond promptly to email quote requests and customer inquiries.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
Meet or exceed quoting targets and contribute to overall sales goals.
Required Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in quoting.
Proven customer service and support experience.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
Experience with Salesforce.com , SAP , or similar CRM systems.
Passion for sales and achieving results.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Experience working in hybrid environments.
Strong documentation and organizational skills.

Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
