STEM Teacher (Biology & Physics) Applications Accepted Starting 3/23/26 Application Review Starting 4/6/26 The Science Department is searching for a flexible STEM teacher who can teach courses in biology and physics. The teacher will excel in delivering the current curriculum and bring their expertise to developing new courses. The teacher should have expertise in lab-based courses in biology and physics while having an understanding of other areas in STEM. Candidates should have experience in planning and teaching related courses and supporting students to succeed in the study of STEM disciplines through interdisciplinary work. Faculty salaries are determined based on years of full-time teaching experience and are structured into salary bands in five-year increments. Each band corresponds to a defined salary range, benchmarked annually against NAIS (National Association of Independent Schools) median compensation data. This banded structure ensures that our compensation remains competitive within the independent school landscape while supporting transparency and consistency in salary decisions.
