We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operator to support daily manufacturing operations. This role is responsible for packaging, assembly, inspection, and rework of production parts while following work instructions, safety standards, and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities - Review work orders and work instructions to understand required tasks - Package parts according to established work instructions - Assemble products per specifications - Inspect production parts for defects and quality issues - Rework parts as necessary to meet quality standards - Verify that scales at assigned presses are set correctly - Complete all required paperwork accurately and on time - Communicate critical job-related information to other operators, supervision, processors, and Quality Control - Report any defects, mechanical breakdowns, or resource needs to supervision promptly - Perform all duties in compliance with the employee handbook and safety rules - Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work area - Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervision Job Requirements: - Ability to read and follow written work instructions - Strong attention to detail and quality - Basic communication skills - Ability to work in a team-based manufacturing environment - Commitment to safety and cleanliness - Manufacturing or production experience preferred (but not required, if applicable)
