Job Title: Payroll Administrator (Hybrid)- PERMANENT, FULL TIME ROLE
Location: Pittsfield, MA
Compensation: $58,000–$70,000 annually (based on experience)
Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization in Pittsfield, MA, looking to hire a detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join their team. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering hybrid flexibility for candidates who are commutable to Pittsfield. Key Responsibilities:
Process bi-weekly payroll for 100+ employees using ADP
Ensure accurate calculation of wages, deductions, bonuses, and benefits
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
Address payroll-related questions from employees in a timely manner (communicating with both office and warehouse staff)
Assist with payroll reporting and audits as needed
Collaborate with HR and Accounting teams to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Qualifications:
2+ years of payroll processing experience required
Experience using ADP preferred, not a must
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Must be commutable to Pittsfield, MA (hybrid schedule available)
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary ranging from $58,000–$70,000, depending on industry background and years of payroll experience
