Berkshire Health Systems Environmental Service Supervisor in Pittsfield, Massachusetts
The Environmental Services Supervisor under the direction of the Director of Environmental Services oversees the day-to-day operations of assigned areas within the Environmental Services Department. He/she assists with the development of departmental plans, policies, and procedures. Works within annual operating and capital budgets. Ensures the quality of daily operations meets the established standards for cleanliness, appearance, and safety as outlined by BHS and regulatory agencies.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS
Experience: - Two years of progressively environmental services housekeeping experience - Prior leadership experience, preferably in a customer service/support service function preferred. Education and Training: - High School Diploma or equivalent. Other Requirements: - Effective communication skills. - Proven ability to work effectively with staff. - Strong computer skills. - Excellent written skills. - Proven ability to perform evaluations, consultations, and discipline within established timeframes. The minimum and maximum of the salary range for this position is shown above. Actual rates of pay may vary based on a range of factors including but not limited to experience and qualifications.
