Job Information
Insight Global Technical Project Manager in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
Job Description
We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to lead software implementations and enterprise rollouts across corporate and back‑office functions. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business, supporting initiatives that span Oracle, finance, HR, payroll, legal entity setup, and operational systems.
This is not a narrow IT PM role. You will manage projects that cut across functions, often requiring you to work on items that don’t fit neatly into a single domain—then interface and integrate those solutions with core enterprise platforms.
We are looking for someone who moves with urgency, learns quickly, and is motivated to grow into larger, more complex programs.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end implementation and rollout of enterprise software solutions, from planning through go‑live and stabilization
Manage cross‑functional initiatives involving Finance, HR, Payroll, Legal, Operations, and IT, often simultaneously
Coordinate projects that require Oracle integration across legal entities, financial structures, and core business processes
Serve as the primary delivery owner—managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and communication
Translate business requirements into actionable project plans and execution milestones
Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to align systems, data, and processes
Drive project momentum with a bias for action, identifying blockers early and pushing resolution
Support projects that may fall outside “traditional IT,” including operational and business‑led initiatives that still require technical coordination
Ensure implementations are delivered successfully into production with appropriate documentation, change management, and handoff
Implementations and rollouts, not pure strategy
Blurring the lines between IT and business ownership
Oracle‑centric enterprise environments (finance, legal entity, integrations)
Delivery, execution, and follow‑through
Comfort operating in gray areas where ownership and requirements are evolving
We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances.
