CTG Supply Chain Digital Sales Support in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
CTG is seeking a Supply Chain Digital Sales Support professional to assist North America sales groups and the Customer Solutions team within Supply Chain & Logistics. This role supports CRM and SAP operations, sample management, material and customer master data, and complaint tracking while driving efficiency with new digital tools.
Location: Pittsburgh, PA (Hybrid Remote – in office 3 days a week)
Duration: 12 months
Pay Rate: $25.00/hour
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update Customer and Material Master Data in CRM and SAP.
Process sample requests and coordinate distribution across business entities.
Support sales teams with CRM data entry, system optimization, and complaint tracking.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement standardized global processes.
Qualifications:
BS in Business or equivalent problem-solving experience.
Strong Excel skills; familiarity with ChatGPT or other digital tools preferred.
SAP experience is a plus.
Independent, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams.
Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
