While the majority of shifts are eight hours, flexibility is essential to support team meetings, rounding, and occasional staff needs. There's no routine weekend, holiday, or on‑call rotation, and no floating or travel required; just meaningful leadership, visibility on the floor, and the opportunity to make a real impact every day.
