Flight Dynamics Systems Engineer Remote | Telecommute Pay Estimated: $92.64-$97.64/Hour Flight Dynamics System Engineer job is available with Moseley Technical Services Top Space/Defense company! In this remote, work from home, telecommute job you will be part of a cross functional team supporting our nation's missile defense initiatives. Responsibilities: Lead system architecture, design, and requirements development for Flight Dynamics (FD) within a Common Ground Enterprise (CGE) Develop and manage CCSDS-compliant orbital data products Support orbital analysis and mission design, Author and maintain Space-Ground and Ground-Antenna ICDs supporting FD operations Apply Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) to FD workflows and interfaces Qualifications: Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or STEM and 8+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 6 years of job-related experience System Design experience including orbital maneuver/burn planning, station keeping, orbit raising, collision avoidance maneuvers, and FD automation and orbit analysis such as multi-satellite performance analysis Experience with CCSDS (interoperability) orbital messages including Orbit Parameter Message (OPM), Orbit Ephemeris Message (OEM), and Orbit Mean-Elements Message (OMM) COTS tool experience with AI Solutions Free Flyer/Meridian or similar product MBSE experience Preferred Qualifications: Space-Ground and Ground-Antenna ICD creation, design of Common Ground Enterprise COTS-based C2 System Space command operational experience COTS experience with InfluxDB, Kafka, Redis, Postgres, MongoDB, Kubernetes, microservice architecture, cloud (AWS, RHOSP) Lab or operational COTS integration experience working side by side with the integration test team Knowledge of antenna build-out, operation, and interfaces with knowledge and ground entry point (GEP) as a service Moseley Technical Services, Inc. is an AA/EEO/Veterans/Disabled Employer .
