Pay: $19–$23/hour (based on experience, reliability, and ability to work independently)
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

The Cary Company is hiring a Skilled Labor Associate to join our Pittsburgh operation. We’re looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, follows procedures, and helps set a positive example on the floor. This is a hands‑on role with steady hours, strong benefits, and room to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handling plastic containers, recycling materials, and industrial drums
Palletizing product and using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area
Following safety procedures and standard work — no shortcuts
Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates to keep operations running smoothly

What We’re Looking For
Reliable, consistent work ethic
Willingness to learn and take feedback to improve performance
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Team‑oriented with clear communication skills
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (we’ll train)
