WESCO Senior Manager - Digital Experience, Site Search & Discovery in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
As a Senior Manager – Digital Experience, Site Search & Discovery, you will ensure a best-in-class experience when customers interact with our business through digital channels. You will bring together technical, data, and analytical expertise to develop and enhance digital capabilities and sales channels. In this role, you will help shape the strategy for search and discovery across web channels, partnering with business, optimization, and engineering teams to improve findability, conversion, and overall customer experience. You will define new customer experiences while optimizing, testing, and validating existing journeys to ensure customers receive the best possible experience every time.
Responsibilities:
Works collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders while managing direct reports and vendor relationships
Applies an up-to-date understanding of digital marketing and customer-centric design principles in UI/UX
Delivers measurable improvements in customer experiences across digital sales journeys using tools such as Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, SEM Rush
Analyzes qualitative and quantitative data to identify insights that inform the short- and medium-term vision for digital products
Actively monitors customer feedback and NPS to identify opportunities to enhance digital journeys and better meet customer expectations
Supports the management and delivery of change across digital properties from concept through post-launch validation and monitoring
Manages cross-border teams consisting of managers and eCommerce professionals responsible for digital solutions supporting the Safety and Restoration business
Contributes to the development and optimization of search and discovery capabilities to improve findability, relevance, and conversion across digital channels
Partners with cross-functional teams to support experimentation and testing initiatives that enhance search performance and digital customer journeys
Oversees Site and AI Search strategy to support and grow search performance across digital channels using Lucidworks Fusion and Semantic Models
Builds and matures Merchant Search Analyst and Data Analyst teams and practices to meet the demands of our customers, industry, and business partners
Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, related disciplines is required.
Masters Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, related disciplines is preferred.
Fluent understanding of B2B eCommerce, B2B Search Technologies, including technology systems, data, pricing, and operations. 7+ years
Advanced knowledge of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence. 7+ years
Creating and maintaining web pricing. 5+ years
Fluent understanding of eCommerce, including technology systems, data, pricing, and operations. 10+ years
Advanced knowledge of the digital environment and evolving tools and platforms used to improve online presence. 10+ years
Ability to travel 0-25% of the time
