Job Title: Roofing Foreman
Job Description
The Roofing Foreman will lead and supervise crews of 5-7 people to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and meet quality standards. TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST HAVE PRIOR ROOFING FOREMAN EXPERIENCE.
Responsibilities
Direct daily work of roofing crews on residential and commercial jobs.
Ensure work meets plans, specifications, and building codes.
Enforce safety procedures and conduct daily safety checks.
Coordinate materials, tools, and jobsite logistics.
Inspect work for quality and resolve issues.
Communicate progress and needs with project team and mentor crew members.
Essential Skills
3–5+ years roofing experience; foreman experience preferred.
Strong knowledge of roofing systems including shingle, TPO, EPDM, and metal.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work at heights and lift up to 75 lbs.

Work Environment
Candidates must be open to working outdoors in varying weather conditions. Typical hours range between 40-60 hours per week during peak season from February to July and September to November. The standard work schedule is Monday - Friday, 7am to 4pm, with occasional weekend work.

The pay range for this position is $37440.00 - $52000.00/yr.
