Quality Assurance Lead
Location- Pittsburgh, PA, Strongsville, OH, Birmingham, AL, Farmers Branch, TX, Phoenix, AZ
Contract, 5 days Onsite
Roles & Responsibilities
Work within release schedule (every 2–3 months)
Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.)
Perform Functional & Automation Testing
Own overall product quality
Develop and implement QA programs
Ensure system reliability, performance, and quality
Participate in SDLC & PMLC processes
Conduct scope, risk, and cost analysis
Lead/mentor team members
Manage testing for ongoing & future initiatives
Develop testing strategy and plans
Review/approve test plans, scenarios, scripts
Validate database impacts & usability
Ensure documentation accuracy & compliance
Maintain updated application documentation

Education & Experience
High School Diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in:
Information Technology
Computer Science
Computer Engineering
Related field (preferred)
8+ years of QA leadership experience
