Opportunity Management Process Support
Review and organize existing Excel distribution lists used acrossCommercial Excellence.
Develop a simple, sustainable maintenance method for keeping these listsaccurateand up to date, using Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint , Microsoft Lists , Excel Online , Power BI , or Power Automate , asappropriate.
Create a central storage location and folder structure on SharePoint or Teams to ensure lists are consistently accessible and easy for teams tolocateand use.
Document step-by-stepguidance for how the lists should be updated, including who updates them, how often, and what checks to perform for data quality.
NPS Documentation & Playbook Development
Collect all existing NPS materials—including templates, communications, workflows, and training documents—and organize them into a unified structure.
Build a comprehensive NPS Playbook that standardizes how NPS activities are communicated, executed, and supported across the business.
Ensureall NPS resources are stored, labeled, and accessible on shared sites to enable consistent usage across teams.
