The Cary Company is hiring a Production Worker to join our Pittsburgh operation. We’re looking for someone dependable, safety‑focused, and ready to contribute to a positive, hard‑working team. This is a hands‑on role with steady hours, strong benefits, and opportunities to grow.
What You’ll Be Doing
Handling plastic containers, recycling materials, and industrial drums
Palletizing product and moving materials safely and efficiently
Using basic hand and power tools (drills, saws, etc.)
Keeping your work area clean, organized, and safe
Following standard work and safety procedures—no shortcuts
Communicating clearly with supervisors and teammates

Shows up on time, every day, ready to work
Follows safety rules and procedures consistently
Takes ownership of their work and equipment
Communicates issues early and helps solve problems
Contributes to a respectful, team‑oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic and reliability
Willingness to learn and take feedback to improve
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Team‑focused attitude with good communication skills
Forklift experience is a plus, but not required (training provided)
