Salary/Pay Rate/Compensation: $23.50 per hour
Benefits & PTO after 30 days
Must be able to work a shift between the hours of 8am-8pm EST

What’s a typical day as Patient Shipment Specialist? You’ll be:
Conducting initial and refill calls to patients to inform them of available services and providing ongoing support through targeted outreach
Completing shipment setup in the non-commercial pharmacy dispensing system and ensuring all activities are documented accurately in various computer systems
Maintaining frequent communication with patients, internal teams, and healthcare provider offices to ensure efficient referral processing, shipment setups, and ongoing support
Providing concierge-level service and resolving customer and client requests in a timely and accurate manner, escalating when necessary
Coordinating shipments to healthcare provider offices using an online shipment portal
Ensuring compliance with patient privacy laws, regulatory standards, and adverse event reporting
Actively participating in building and maintaining respectful, collaborative team relationships
This job might be an outstanding fit if you:
Have a high school diploma (required); an undergraduate degree is preferred
Bring at least 4 years’ experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting, plus a minimum of 4 years as a case manager or call center representative
Possess strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction and empathy
Are driven to provide exceptional service and build productive relationships with both internal and external partners
Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Are bilingual in Spanish (speaking and writing)—preferred but not required
