WESCO Location Master Data Manager - IT in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania
As a Location Master Data Manager - IT, you are responsible for coordinating activities of staff engaged in business systems, computer operations, computer systems, computer programming, and company's network to assure effective computer resources are provided to users.
Responsibilities:
Own and manage Informatica MDM and R360 SaaS platforms, overseeing data operations, application development, and prioritized delivery of the product backlog.
Define and deliver an enterprise Location Master single source of truth in MDM, aligning Operations, Sales, and Data Governance requirements into a governed, scalable master data dataset.
Own end‑to‑end delivery of the Location Master data product, from solution design through post‑go‑live support, coordinating internal and external IT resources.
Partner with the Location Master Data Council to enable governed location processes, supporting standardized workflows, entities, hierarchies, and relationships across the enterprise.
Manage the Location Master MDM application, serving as taxonomy owner and administrator responsible for location data models, hierarchies, relationships, workflows, and day‑to‑day platform operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required.
5 years required, 7 years preferred master data governance, architecture and management of Informatica SaaS applications.
3 years preferred of supervising technical teams.
Programming and systems analysis.
Solid analytical skills - able to solve problems & interpret instructions in any form
Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects
Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
Leadership ability as a creative, competent team builder.
