Position Overview We are looking for a Working Superintendent to support and oversee day-to-day construction activities from start to finish. This hands-on position involves working directly alongside field crews to ensure onsite operations are safe, efficient, and aligned with project goals. Key Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with onsite crews and provide guidance to maintain steady production.
- Manage daily field operations to keep projects on schedule, stepping into field work when necessary.
- Track project timelines and budgets to ensure effective use of labor, equipment, and materials.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to support seamless project execution.
- Perform routine site walkthroughs to assess progress and verify adherence to safety protocols.
- Use construction management tools to document activities and monitor project performance.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as a superintendent or in a comparable leadership role within construction.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Proficiency in budgeting, cost tracking, and estimating.
- Experience with project management platforms is a plus.
- Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
