PITTSBURG TRACTOR INC. Service Technician (Service Tech) in PITTSBURG, Texas
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for independently performing diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer agricultural, small construction and turf equipment.
Accountable for billable time and assigned work orders.
Responsible for complete and thorough documentation of machine information, diagnostics and repairs performed on work orders and on-time submittal of information.
Required to participate in service training programs needed to develop skills and knowledge.
Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Proper tools to perform job duties.
Ability to lift over 50 lbs.
Computer skills are preferred.
Strong customer service-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills
Able to work with minimal supervision.
Ability to work as a team member.
Education/Experience:
- Hay equipment experience is required, as well as strong mechanical skills and good working knowledge of equipment operations and mechanical functions.
