ManpowerGroup Electricians Night Shift in Pittsburg, Kansas
Our client, a leading organization in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Electricians to join their team. As a Electricians, you will be part of the Electrical Assembly Department supporting the manufacturing and assembly processes. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to safety and teamwork, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range:19-22
Shift: Nights 4/10 days M-Th with OT and
Weekend Shift Fri, Sat & Sun 6a-6p Available
What's the Job?
Connect wiring between components according to wiring prints, specification sheets, and Bill of Materials using hand tools such as screwdrivers, strippers, and crimpers.
Install wiring, lugs, switches, heaters, relays, and other components in frames, panels, or structural supports based on design specifications.
Lay out, route, and secure wiring using bundles, clips, bushings, and other protective devices.
Crimp appropriate size and type of lugs to wire ends with hand crimping devices, ensuring secure connections.
Maintain a safe work environment by attending safety meetings, wearing proper protective gear, and adhering to safety standards and protocols.
What's Needed?
Experience using hand tools such as screwdrivers, wire strippers, crimpers, and tape measures.
Ability to read tape measures and electrical point-to-point wiring prints.
High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred but not required.
Ability to understand and follow simple to moderately complex instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
Regular attendance during scheduled shifts and willingness to work overtime as needed.
