Pitman Manor, a UMC Community, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Assisted Living Team in Pitman, NJ.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements -

  • Current, active LPN License in the State of New Jersey

  • Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred

  • CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)

  • IV certification preferred or willingness to obtain

  • Strong clinical assessment and communication skills

  • Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team

    What you will do as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -

  • Monitor and assess residents' physical and mental health status to support their highest level of functioning

  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans

  • Administer medications and treatments following established clinical protocols

  • Communicate changes in resident condition to the RN Supervisor and healthcare team

  • Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care

  • Support the daily clinical operations of the Resident Care Department
