Pitman Manor, a UMC Community, is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our Assisted Living Team in Pitman, NJ.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Requirements -
Current, active LPN License in the State of New Jersey
Long-Term Care or Skilled Nursing experience preferred
CPR certification required (or willingness to obtain)
IV certification preferred or willingness to obtain
Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of an interdisciplinary care team
What you will do as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) -
Monitor and assess residents' physical and mental health status to support their highest level of functioning
Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders and individualized care plans
Administer medications and treatments following established clinical protocols
Communicate changes in resident condition to the RN Supervisor and healthcare team
Ensure residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care
Support the daily clinical operations of the Resident Care Department
