Manage the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates to meet organizational needs. Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation, training, and integration into the company culture. Address employee concerns and conflicts, provide support and guidance, and work to maintain a positive and productive work environment. Oversee employee benefits programs, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies, and assist employees with benefits-related questions and issues. Ensure the organization adheres to federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations, including record-keeping and reporting requirements. Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation systems, provide feedback to employees, and support performance improvement plans. Identify training needs, coordinate professional development opportunities, and facilitate employee growth and skill enhancement. Assist in developing and managing salary structures, compensation packages, and incentive programs to attract and retain talent. Develop and update HR policies and procedures to align with organizational goals and legal requirements. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and other relevant documentation to ensure accuracy and confidentiality. Contribute to strategic planning and organizational development initiatives to support long-term business objectives. Supervise one delivery manager and nineteen recruiters. Worksite: Piscataway, NJ.
